First, select the duration of your party
Once this is selected, our party calendar will display all available dates & times.
If your desired date isn’t available, check availability at our Hollywood location.
Then, fill out the form, pay the $100 deposit, and you’re booked! Simple as that :)

We offer 3 options:
3 hours for $500
3 1/2 hours for $600
4 hours for $700
Pick any available block of time on Saturdays and Sundays, 8am - 8pm. (If the date and time you want isn’t available, check out availability at our Eagle Rock location)
Each party package includes 40 guests (both children and adults). However, you can host up to 60 people, for $10 per person over the 40 person limit.
We recommend booking 1-2 months in advance to secure your desired date & time.
Tours are available any time we have open play (usually 9am-7pm, Monday through Friday)

You get exclusive use of our entire venue, both indoors and outdoors.
A PlayLab team member will be on hand to help, move furniture, set up tables & chairs per your directions, put up decorations, etc.
You can delegate work to us- we want to make it easy as possible for you!

We provide tables and chairs for children and adults. (See the full list of inclusions here).
Also, check out our online store for ordering decorations and rentals, like balloon garlands, coffee stations, place settings, plates, cutlery sets, tablecloths, drink bins, and more.
We will have toys throughout the space.

If you’re not sure how much time you need: a 3 hour party usually spends the first 30 minutes setting up, the next 2 hours for partying, and the last 30 minutes for winding down and packing up.
We recommend 3.5 or 4 hours if you have more extensive decorations, or setup that will take longer than 30 minutes, or if you’re including an activity, like arts/crafts, or hiring an entertainer.
You can add time on the day of your party, if you need to go a bit longer! Each additional 30 minutes are $100; (subject to availability).

In the event of a cancellation, we require that at least 15 days’ notice is given prior to the event; in which case we can refund the deposit.
If a cancellation request is received within 15 days of the event, we will be unable to return the deposit.
If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the beginning of the reservation, the client agrees to pay the full balance due, which may include any costs for items furnished by PlayLab., such as decorations, rentals, food, entertainment; to name some examples.

PlayLab LLC will provide its Hollywood playspace for a private event at the following rates:
$500 for 3 hours, $600 for 3.5 hours, $700 for 4 hoursDuring your reservation, you’ll have exclusive use of the space. No public visitors will be allowed. Your rental begins and ends at the times booked — for example, a 2:00–5:30pm reservation allows for your earliest arrival at 2:00pm and latest departure by 5:30pm. There is no grace period for setup or cleanup.
Extra time is available at $100 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.
Clients may bring their own food, cake, decorations, balloons, and candles, provided nothing damages PlayLab property.
All guests with children must complete our waiver (available online at hollywood.goplaylab.com/waiver). The host may share this link with guests for advance completion.
Please discuss event details with PlayLab staff to ensure we can accommodate your plans. The space is designed for children under 5, though older children are welcome with care; some equipment may not suit them. One PlayLab staff member will be present throughout your event for support and to handle clean-up.
PlayLab Hollywood’s capacity is 40 total guests (adults + children). Up to 60 guests are allowed at $10 per additional person.
Each child must be accompanied by a responsible adult. All attendees must follow PlayLab’s general rules, including no entry for visibly ill visitors, and must sign a liability waiver. Noncompliance may result in removal from the premises.
To secure your booking, a $100 deposit is required; the remaining balance is due by the event date.
Cancellations made at least 15 days before the event are refundable. Cancellations within 15 days forfeit the deposit; cancellations within 48 hours require full payment, including any costs for supplies or vendors.
Outstanding balances may be charged to the card on file or invoiced. To change or cancel your reservation, use the link at the bottom of your confirmation email or email events@goplaylab.com. (No-shows will be charged the full balance.)'
A refundable $150 security deposit may be required at PlayLab’s discretion to cover cleaning or damages. This is separate from the booking deposit and will be refunded minus any necessary charges.
Clients are responsible for any damage or loss incurred during setup, event, or cleanup. If third-party vendors are canceled after PlayLab incurs costs (e.g., nonrefundable deposits), those expenses must be reimbursed by the client.
